I took one dexorange tablet two days ago.(i don't take it anymore) . From yesterday I felt burning sensation in chest and abdomen area. Are these the side effects of iron supplements?? If it is then how will be it cured??

Yes,iron supplements cause stomach discomfort. Solution: take antacid
