I have burning sensation at the anus from 3 days during motion time and sometimes blood also In motion

This may be due to acute fissure probably due to hard stool try make stool soft by taking lot's of fluid and vegetables sit in warm water after motion burning will come down still if it is there cosult me or any proctologist
