10 days before I was having burning sensation and severe pain while urinating then started noticing blood while urinating.Coming out of blood lasted for 1 day then only pain was there.next day I was feeling like I want to go for poop but nothing was coming out when I was going to washroom.so I took ofloxcin 200 mg tablet.can you explain me what may be the reason

U hv probably acquired urine infection. Do a urine routine microscopic and culture n sensitivity examination done.. Also an ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis.. Drink lots of fluids including water.. Start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice daily with half glass water twice daily for 5 days.. Initiate a direct consult after reports
