Burning sensation after pooping

I have severe burning sensation after pooping. Which last for 2 to 3 hrs. This has been from past 3 days. Even experienced red stool.

Burning sensation during or after defecation is usually due to the presence of fissure -in ano . This is usually associated with episode of fresh bleeding although in very small amount .
