Burning ,itching sensation in Vagina

Doctor,since last two days I am having burning and itching sensation in my vagina that's causing frequent urination feeling,after urinating the itching increases. Backache is also there.The itching/burning sensation is more when I use to wake up in morning time. Kindly help me out, as I am not able to perform household activities due to this.Thank You Doctor.
