Detailed evaluation is Required , What is a nature of of your pain ? is it constantly present increase on activity ,load bearing ,deep breathing coughing, lying down standing up,overhead abduction of arms? Do you have any other medical conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorder, hypertension ,arthritis, back pain. knowing about history of previous illnesses(if any) will be worthwhile. Has costochondritis been ruled out was ultrasound of neck region, mri spine,HRCt chest? performed too? As your Ecg 2d echo examinations are not showing any abnormality and you don't mention any other symptoms,***You need not worry about any accute complications .***
