Description sounds like gastritis, have u done an OGD as well as colonoscopy? What was the report? Try avoiding spicy and sour food and taking food regularly. Avoid alcohol. Treatment for gastritis  may be started on prescription. After ruling out pancreatitis.
Next Steps
If treatment for gastritis (pantoprazole etc) has not worked out for you and if LFT, S amylase etc are normal, a chest xray and cardiology evaluation  may be done.
