I often have a burning sensation when I urinate.Once It was so irresistible and had to pour a lot of water to reduce the burning sensation.

Hello,it could be due to urinary tract infection,in urinary tract infection burning sensation associate with fever, increased frequency of micturition,hematuria.one has to take antibiotics to get rid of infection. Burning sensation could also be due to overmasturbation in that case you must stop it
