Am non diabetic and recently recovered from covid. From past 5 days am facing burning and pinning sensation in leg palm

The symptoms can be due to involvement of nerves. Take multivitamins. If it doesn't improve or worsens then you need to be seen by a Neurologist for physical assessment.
