I m having from few days burning after urination no pain, i have 5 mm stone in left kidney. Neither i see pus cells in my urine. I m a breastfeeding mother. Can it be a uti??? Once a Doctor prescribed me zify 200 for uti, can i take it on my own for 7days?? Pls help...

Send a Urine Routine and culture. Do not take antibiotics on your own. You can consult any general physician for the same.
