My daughter got burns by spilling over hot water around 10 days back. Her wounds are mostly on chest, inner arms and arm pit. We immediately applied cold water, ice rub and silverix ionix cream as first aid. We also applied T-bact cream for 10 days on open scars. Fortunately, Wounds have healed a bit, her skin has lightened a bit. But scars have still remained(pics attached). Kindly advise if these scars will heal completely with time? Which medicine, ointment or therapy we should follow for 100% healing of the scars? Thank you very much!
