Clean  the wound with Savlon regular.  Apply  burnol or silverex or shiv skating ointment  three times  after cleaning. Cefexim 200 two times after food for five days. ,zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

Visit any physician take TT injection, may require antibiotics also

Regularly clean the burn area with antiseptic solution,  remove any dead skin around by rubbing gently.  Regularly apply burnol 3 times daily. Take inj tetanus toxoid 0.5ml I.M. stat. Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days .
