Clean it with soap and water and apply  betadine or savalon cream. Tetanus injection is not required as it was given a month ago

Wash the wound remove the powder or cream which you have applied and apply sliverex cream over it. Twice a day. Plus start oral antibiotics.

As it's been qma month..it is turning into ulcer. ..anytime silverex ointment is the best one for burns. . But now , it is more than a burn...he needs more treatment...is he diabetic?.. Please have a consultation once
