I had some black pimples on face so I applied chuna and washing powder on face. My face is burnt now. Will I get burn Marks on face now ?

Yes, there are chances . Use some antibiotic cream . Once it is healed and there is uneven surface try hexilak or scarend or biocorneum gel. If it doesn't go ask to laser expert for Erb YAG or CO2 laser for scar correction.
