Hi dr I have a bump in my armpit with redness and slight pain when I put down my hand Not present earlier Noticed it 3 days ago Looks more like rash and thick skin Quite sensitive What could it be pls help No other issue all normal Attached photo pls check Respected dr thank you I am really worried
