Having bumps(phoonsis) on the back legs and arms Help fast! It appears during night time after itching,3-4 hrs later it disappears and repeats again.

Possibility is that this is urticaria.  You'll need to send pictures of the same for confirmation of diagnosis. You can apply calamine lotion for local relief.  Also you'll need anti histamine tablets.
