I use to have acne 2 3 years back but with the treatment its been reduced to 5 to 10% but i got permanent bums on my nose like acne but no pain. If I squeeze my nose skin there is white discharge and its there no matter how many times i squeeze. M looking for its permanent treatment.. Please look through attached picture..
