Respected Dr, From last 2 months I have seen a cluster of bumps on back of my tongue. These are painless bumps.The location of bumps are just behind the vallate papillae and not on the vallate papillae. Also the location can be understand as just below the uvula. Shape of these bumps are like whitish similar to the color of tongue. Other symptoms which can be give better picture. . No bleeding so far. . No pain in the tongue during movement. . Has checked to ENT specialist and told me that it's infection. . Medicine doesn't work out so far.(medicine includes oral rinse, kenacort for non infective mouth ulcers) . Only history is a bump was removed by excision from the base of tongue. Biopsy reported something atypical cells with few lining of epithelium. Dr. told me nothing to worry about.( Screenshot attached). Kindly tell me about this what it is. I will be highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
