Bumps on back of throat and under tongue

Hi! I am 18 years old and I've had a bump under my tongue for some time and recently I saw several smaller ones in the back of my throat. I have a relatively poor oral hygiene, and have had tonsillitis repeatedly, and once it was ulceronecrotic. I've been smoking for the past 4 years. Do you think I should get worried? Can it be cancer? I have to mention that I have just finished taking Augumentin 1g for laryngitis and faringitis and was diagnosed with candidasis as a result. Thank you!

Any ulceration or swelling in the oral cavity in a smoker needs to be evaluated in detail. Though the chances of cancer are very minimal it is necessary to be examined by a specialist
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
