Bumps like structure on throat
What are these bumps kike structure on my throat? These are painless, i have these in my throat from i think 3-4 months or may be more i dont know...i m sacred..please tell me what is this condition called in medical term and what this happen, is medication require for it? Please answer

From the photographs, the painless, bumpy structures seen on the back of your throat appear consistent with a condition known as “lymphoid follicular hyperplasia” or “cobblestone throat.
This condition is usually a benign (non-cancerous) response of the lymphoid tissue (part of the immune system in your throat) to chronic irritation, voice overuse, postnasal drip, acid reflux (LPR), or allergies.
Next Steps
Voice rest and hydration.
Avoid loud talking or yelling.
Steam inhalation twice daily.
Anti-reflux medication or antihistamines.
Speech therapy if voice strain continues.
