Bumps around anus and vagina.

I’ve been getting a lot of bumps around my anus and bottom of my vagina area. They’re not painful unless they’re squeezed which I have tried to do. They don’t look like any std and I found another very similar at the top of my leg. They’ve been there for a long time and I’m really not sure what they are.
