Hello Doctor, I have a small bump under my feet which looks like an ulcer. Pls review picture and suggest. Thank you.

You haven't given the history of pain. Doesn't look like an ulcer. Corns usually appear in the pressure bearing surface of the sole. Soft corns can appear in the non pressure bearing areas of the foot but it doesn't seem like that either. It's better to consult a dermatologist first. Sometimes it's just a small cystic swelling which usually subsides spontaneously
Next Steps
take a pain killer if it hurts too much

Looks like a corn. It is caused due to excessive friction while walking, mostly due to ill fitting footwear or walking barefoot.
Next Steps
Do not walk barefoot- even indoors. Use appropriate sized sandals or shoes with soft sole. Get a video consult if you have any further questions.

This looks like a Corn.
Next Steps
Use a Corn Cap,that will allow it to heal. Use soft foot wear of appropriate size preferably Crocs. Get a video consultation if it doesn’t decrease with this.
