I had piercing on my vertical helix and helix back in July. Recently, I have been facing issue with bump with filled with puss. I've used cephalexin 500mg for 5 days and currently using T bact twice a day. Size of the bump is not reducing even after taking these medications. What are my next steps?

Hey there fellow Bengaluruean. I trust by now, this issue is sorted. Tip for the future would be to be a little more prudent with your choice of antibiotics and add an anti-inflammatory to the mix and get this prescribed by a Qualified Dermatologist. More history, clear pics and preferably a consultation will be required to advice you further and to prevent secondary infections and scarring.
Next Steps
ONLINE Consultation ASAP if not done so already.
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products and services from parlours and centres not led by a qualified Dermatologist.

We need to see the lesions to predict something, but as discribe by you, it is not resolving a bit after antibiotics. It can be keloid.
