It been today it paining I can't sallow normally , i put fringer check , on the right side there is bump n it paining what to do doctor in throat

Plz visit ENT doctor for proper evaluation sir  and get the oral cavity examination done sir.... plz take tab zerodol sp twice daily for 5 days sir.
