Bump in middle of Chest

Hello Doctor, My husband got a bump in middle of his chest. Initially it started with reddishness but later a bump came in the place. It is hard and it is inside the skin and there is no pain. It is not growing in size. It is there for more than a month now and not disappearing. Kindly suggest me on what this bump is. Help me with some medication to eradicate this bump. Attaching a pic of the bump. Thank you Doctor.
