She feel like some bump , muscle grown in anus area does it piles ? If piles what to do to get rid of it

Need to be examined by a physician or General surgeon preferably. Meanwhile you can take high fibre diet, plenty of water, laxative syrups if constipated.

Can be external hemorrhoids. Needs to be evaluated. Consult a general surgeon in your place for physical examination.

drink plenty of water. avoid spicy and oily food. consume high fibre diet. avoid alcohol. stop smoking if you do. do sitz bath ( take warm water in a tub and mix 10% betadine liquid and sit in it for 30 min for 3 times in a day for a week atleast.)
