I have been having a bulged uterus for months , every doctor told me to operate it , but i dont need it . I need a good solution for this.

If you are talking about bulky uterus then this is a common finding specifically if you are a multiparous female ..you need to get a surgery done only if you have symptoms related to adenomyosis like painful and heavy bleeding during periods or any other cause... you can conserve with me directly online for a second opinion
