I never had more then one vein visible on my feet.But now suddenly in a few day I am noticing so many veins on feet as well as a swollen like vein going from side of my ankle.Today morning I noticed a part of vein getting bulged from my calf also.Even my arms are getting a few bulged veins.I don't know whether they are bulged or swollen.I am just able to notice them more.I am scared.I don't want them to get more visible.I have no pain no red rashes.Please tell me what is it.
