Baby of 50days old. Occasionally vomiting for 4 days. Noticed bulged umbilicus 10days before. Now umbilicus seems to be normal when he is sleeping.. Bulging up when he is crying straining and active movements ..he is active.birth weight 2.7kg .now 3.8kg

It's umbilical hernia, it won't harm the baby... It will subside by its own by 2to3 yrs of age...

It is umbilical hernia. Heals by itself  by 5 years. No need any treatment. However, If very large or strangulation, needs surgery.
