Bulge in left side shoulder

Hi, I am having a bulge in my left side shoulder near my neck. I have attached the picture. Sometimes I can feel the bulge and sometimes it is normal as the right side. There is no pain but I do forced burp just to relax the situation. Attached my picture for your reference.

It may be a chronic case of shoulder dislocation, or some benign growth. Kindly consult an orthopedic doctor and get necessary investigations (e.g.x-ray) done.
