My doctor suggested me "BTN ultra" tablets for controlling Grey Hair in 2016 I used those tablets frequently when doctor suggested me that medication I again used those same tablets in 2017 & 2018 randomly..I didn't get any negative results 1) My doctor told me that,"If you want to use that tablets in future,use it in random manner Ex: Use tablets for two weeks & left it 2) Is that safe to use "BTN ultra" tablets randomly in future 3) Is that Biotin mineral tablets causes any effects if we use for long time even though if we use in Random manner Please help me to use the medication of "BTN ULTRA" in future too Looking forward for your reply
