I would advise you to visit the ER and get physically evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, clotting factors, RFT, LFT, thyroid profile to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. There are multiple causes to why this would occur and with the given history a specific diagnosis can't be reached. So kindly visit the ER at the earliest
