I recently discovered this brown stain on my wife's left eye. Photo attached. It does not hurt. It does not seem to impair vision. The eyes are not bloody. Please suggest what it could be.

Hello...looks like just a pigmentation of the conjunctiva....have to observe if it increases in colour and size every 6months by taking photo and comparing to earlier photos.....to rule out melanoma. ..
