I am 32 years married, no kid. I have pcod. I am getting spotted brown discharge a week before period. Is it normal?  I am Working in IT and have sedentary lifestyle And taking ayurvedic medicine ( shatavari) for pcod + bp medicine telma 20+ migraine medicine( topaz 20, indernal 40, ) + remylin.

Not normal Total days of bleeding including spotting should not exceed 7 Needs to be investigated n treated The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
