Brown spots on Penis head

Recently I have developed some brown spots on my Penis head, under the foreskin. They do not itch or pain, but I have noticed that they are spreading. I did a little research and found out that they match the images of Penile Melanosis. I wash my penis regularly, but I am afraid this might be some type of infection. Please help.
