Can we replace white rice with brown rice. Can eating brown rice regularly has any adverse affect on health because very few people eat it and it is also not available in market readily.

All rice generally same in carbohydrate and calories content.. In brown rica fibre is more and glycemic index is low.. So it can be substituted for sure

Its high costs and have not a very vast difference from your white Using anyone of them is fine But they have any high change from each other in that its just a minor case of fiber and some mineral
