Brown discharge

Hi I had a miscarriage 2 weeks back n last week my bleeding had stopped yesterday we had a safe intercourse and today again I have very little brown discharge. I'm worried my scan report says everything is normal cervix is closed

it looks nothing serious.. ideally you should hv avoided sex . but if it was just spotting nothing to worry. If check ultrasound was not done after miscarriage get done an ultrasound pelvis transvaginal scanvto rule out retained products of conception
