Brown discharge
Hello, I'm 10weeks pregnant,I had 2 miscarriages before ,I have abdominal cerclage . Actually today suddenly bleeding started and stops after sometime and then I have noticed some brown discharge.Then I went for ultrasound and findout that I am having twins(dichorionic diamniotic twins) doctor says everything is good the heartbeat and all is good but I'm still having a little bit of brown discharge.I am taking progesterone injection and vaginal medicine also.So do I need to worry bcoz ultrasound report is normal still having brown discharge is it okay?? please reply

A pregnancy of 10 weeks duration is too small to assess all the risk factors by ultrasound. All that I can say is that you should take complete bed rest and continue with the medicine you have already started. You should get another sonography done after 2 weeks and share the report.

U have to take rest. You are having high risk pregnancy with abdominal cerclage and twins. Repeat ultrasound if there is fresh bleeding and you are having abdominal pain. If only brown discharge is there then u can repeat the scan after 2 weeks.
