Brown discharge a day before periods
Hello,
Since last few months, I have been having brown discharge (light, not heavy) a day or two before my periods. My cycle is usually between 28-32 days except for a month when I got my periods on the 50th day. After this, since last 3 months I had regular cycles ranging 26-32 days. I'm married and sexually active. Is it normal to have brown discharge before periods? The last time I visited gynac was two years back for hormonal changes. PCOS/ PCOS was ruled out back then.
Is it normal or do I need to consult a gynac?
