Little brown discharge 3 weeks after abortion with no pain or cramps and no fever. Is that normal?

Should not occur though. If you hv done an ultrasound post abortion to ensure complete abortion then nothing to worry about. However if not done then do an ultrasound to rule out retained products of conception
