Mark is due to pimple and bust out after that scare or mark have left and lots of white and few black heads are also present on my nose Please help

Whiteheads, blackheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
