My brother is not going for work. He is very talented and hard work person he got married having two girl children. He goes 5 or 10 days for a month to work. He had no self-respect and he is borrowing money for survive. How should we handle him? What treatment for his laziness?

He has been provided with higher goals than he can handle.  So he needs to be motivated for smaller goals. He should be made to feel good with the goals that he can achieve. Also the second thing is that he has been provided with things and solutions. So his works gets done when others fulfill his needs.
