My wife had a broken elbow which was fixed after 30 days in a cast. But the arm hasn't straightened yet. It's been more than 15 months but there are no signs of it straightening. It remains at an angle of nearly 120 degree. Please suggest what can be done to make it closer to normal if not normal.

Conservative management is always associated with stiffness. Range of motions depend upon type of fracture and reduction achieved on plastering.

Hot water compression and exercises can get back residual Range. Mechanical factors of preventing ROM, need other intervention.
