Hello,
Bridges and Dental Implant has advantages and disadvantages of its own.
In case of Bridge, we have to take support of adjacent teeth and replace your missing tooth. Bridges last long and will be comfortable as well. Can't preserve bone height.
It case of Dental Implant, we just place Implant in missing tooth position without taking adjacent teeth support and given cap(Crown)over it. Dental Implants are much durable and comfortable. They preserve bone in that area.It appears closer to your natural tooth.
I would suggest you to go for Dental Implant provided if have good bone Support. You will appreciate presence of tooth (closer to your natural tooth) in the missing tooth region.
I hope, above info is useful to you in deciding to go for further treatment.
