Hand pain you will need to get checked.. If it is a short duration difficulty in breathing and sore throat as in a upper respiratory infection, then taking an antihistamine and antibiotics would help you if pain is more you can take a paracetamol tab twice a day... Gargling and steam will be helpful. In case you meant head pain instead of hand pain then the same treatment would help as then you might be having sinusitis.. Do consult a ENT specialist for confirmation of your symptoms and any tests which may be required
