Ny father is under treatment for almost a month but no improvement. He has breathing problems and swollen feets due to fluid build up. Docs have started dialysis due to kidney failure but can't see any improvement. He has a history of heart disease nd had underwent bypass is 2007. I need a second opinion on the treatme
