I awake in night due to breathlessness many times I am unable to sleep from few days . And also I have pain in my shoulder ribs and neckm What could be the issue and whom to consult?

Aches and pain can cause poor sleep but not breathlessness. Is there a past h/o breathlessness during change of season, wheezing or sneezing or a family history. if it is a recent phenomenon. rule out Covid infection.
