Breathlessness....fast heart beat...

I hav been having chest pain usually in the night when i try to sleep...its more of a chest tightness...i have done ecg two times and it showed normal ecg with a bit of fast heart beat....actually im feeling these symptoms since years and im 25 years old....i feel them sometime and its more severe as i feel i am going to die...but when it is over i feel good and looks fine then
