In any pt of breathlessness chest examination is of value...causes can range from bronchitis ,asthma,or fluid in lungs..it may be related to heart...after clinical exam chest xray and ecg r done...so telling any medicine wd be harmful without an actual examination....in some pts mere anxiety or overweight may be the reason...
