Is it normal for a TB patient who's on tb medication to experience breathing troubles/chest tightness or restlessness once in a while? Additional info: Diagnosed with LRTI and tuberculous pleural effusion (the effusion has been drained out). Doctors have also discussed the remote possibility of Sarcoidosis.

Yes all are possible in tuberculosis .but pleural effusiin is very very rare in sarcoidosis.
